Returns & Refunds
Lyla emphasizes 100% customer satisfaction and provides a 15-day Return & Exchange Policy. We accept returns for damaged or faulty products within 15 days of receipt. Any complaints/queries/exchange request with regards to dress/dresses must be made on the same day. Eligible returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers need to WhatsApp with the subject 'Returns' and provide order details and reasons for return.
- Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

- Sales items can neither be exchanged nor returned.
We will provide return instructions, and customers should obtain proof of postage. Customers bear the shipping costs.
